Instructions for poster preparation

Instructions for poster preparation:

• Posters should be prepared in Croatian or English language
• Posters should be designed as B1 format (707x1000mm; portrait orientation)
• Posters should display the title, authors and institutions, and contain the following sections: introduction, material and methods, results and conclusion

Posters will be displayed on-site. Please note that no printing services are available on-site; authors should bring their posters already printed. Each poster will be assigned a poster board, marked with the corresponding poster number. Posters will be hanged and displayed according to the poster hanging schedule. 

Posters will also be available on the Congress web application. For this purpose, posters should be formatted in picture format (.png or .jpg) and uploaded as follows:

• Before the beginning of the Congress, a link shall be sent to the corresponding authors.
• After registration, instructions for uploading the poster to the Congress web application will be available.  

Instructions posters’ oral presentation: 

Abstracts selected for oral presentation should be prepared as PowerPoint presentation. Each oral presentation should last no longer than 6 minutes. The schedule is available at (https://kongres2024.hdmblm.hr/images/program-11thcongress-final.pdf).

Abstracts selected for oral presentation must also be prepared as a poster according to the instructions above.
